About Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ) Team

Our Mission

Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ) is a course created by animal lovers to teach people how to care for their pets. Having your pet get sick or injured is a difficult thing to see. This course was devised by the ProTrainings team to help people know what to do in these situations.

The Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ) website launched in April 2011 across the United Kingdom and has been attracting media attention even before its debut. Lead instructor Keith Sleightholm has appeared on ITV's "This Morning" program to explain the importance of pet first aid to viewers across the country. The program has also been featured in national newspapers.

The Team

Deco
Deco, Lead Dog

Deco was Keith's co-star in most of the Pro Pet Aid training videos. Deco loves walks, meeting other dogs, jumping up, sniffing bums, and having cuddles. She loves her stepsister Storm and working as an actress for her boss Keith. Deco has been excited for her film debut for a while. You can keep up with Deco at her facebook profile.

Storm
Storm, Supporting Actress

Storm is a tri colour Boarder Collie. Her hobbies are doing nothing, walking and eating. She is very qualified in diving and first aid, but slept through all Dad's lessons (boring). She mainly likes keeping to herself. She has enjoyed working with Keith and Deco in her first feature training. You can be friends with her on her facebook profile.

Scott Andersen

Scott built his first website in 1995 at the age of 13 and has been addicted to building websites and starting companies ever since. As the technical lead for Canine First Aid Level 2 (VTQ), Scott helped set the direction for the design, layout, and functionality of the site.

Scott is pictured with his kitten, Grace, who is the most accident-prone animal you will ever meet. Grace has done her part to help Scott realize just how important it is to take a pet first aid course.
